This is the Privacy Notice of Fredimar Enterprises Ltd registered in Cyprus under number CY 10142142V, trading as Cyprus Golf Villas and whose registered office is 24 Spyros Kyprianou, Iliada Court 1st floor, 3070 Limassol, Cyprus. Where this Privacy Notice refers to “Cyprus Golf Villas" or “Villa Elea”, “we”, “us” or “our”, it is referring to Fredimar Enterprises Ltd. This Privacy Notice sets out how we collect and process your personal data in relation to the brand known as “Cyprus Golf Villas” or “Villa Elea”. This Privacy Notice also provides certain information that is legally required and lists your rights into your personal data. For managing your booking, we will use information provided by you to deliver our products and services. This includes booking holiday accommodation, tours, transportation, car hire and the issuing of booking documentation. 

We reserve the right to disclose your personal data if we have a good faith understanding we are required to do so by law (including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements), or in the good-faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property or safety of our company, employees, customers, or the public.

7. Retention and security of your personal data

We ensure that we only keep your personal data for the minimum period as is necessary for us to abide by our relevant legal obligations and we will act in accordance with any group data retention policy mandated by our parent company which is place from time to time. In relation to personal data relating to your bookings with us, we will store your personal data for 8 years from your departure date.  In relation to personal data relating to marketing, we will store your personal data for 8 years from your last interaction with us.  We keep the length of time that we hold your personal data under review. These reviews take place annually.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. For instance, in some cases we encrypt that information in transit using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Although no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee its absolute security, we strive to protect your personal data.

cygolfvillas.com uses 'temporary cookies' in our booking system so that the site can ensure that there are no double-bookings. A cookie is a small data file containing a single number (and no personal information) this cookie is only used during the visit to the booking system and is deleted as you close your Internet Browser.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this privacy policy at any time when necessary to reflect changes in our products and services, how we process personal data, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the policy.
