A huge balcony area makes up 13 x 5 M salt water heated pool with submerged bar stools, sunken hot tub, large barbeque and bar area plus a completely private roof garden for sunbathing, thus enjoying 360 degrees of spectacular views.
There are two kitchens, one superior quality Italian kitchen with granite worktops with fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, hobs and hood with 2 ovens. Mineral water dispenser. Huge amount of crockery and cooking utensils. Special plastic glasses supplied for pool use. Ice-maker, Nespresso machine with a complementary selection of capsules, steamer and toaster. Plus another small kitchen on the first floor.
